At Goedleven LLC (AI Christmas Photo), we stand behind our AI-powered Christmas Photo generation with a straightforward guarantee: if you can't find a single great photo in your order, we'll refund your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You can request a full refund if:

• Result Quality: The AI generation failed or produced poor-quality results that do not resemble the subject or suffer from severe artifacts.
• Timeframe: Your request is submitted within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, simply email our support team at support@headshot-generator.ai. Please include your Order ID and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied (this helps us improve our AI models).

3. Processing Time

• Refunds are typically processed within 1 business day of approval.
• Funds usually return to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Fair Use & Limitations

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:

• Policy Violation: If your account was banned for uploading prohibited content (e.g., nudity, celebs, non-consensual photos).
• Abuse: Repeated refund requests from the same user or suspicious activity.
• Source Quality: If the poor results were directly caused by disregarding our upload guidelines (e.g., uploading extremely blurry or obscured photos), we may offer a free retry instead of a refund.
