1. Overview

Headshot Generator AI is operated by Goedleven LLC. This page explains what we collect at headshot-generator.ai, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

We built a photo product, not an ad network. We do not sell your personal information.

2. What we collect

Account and contact info. Your name and email when you sign up. Login is handled through Google or email OTP — we do not store raw passwords.

Payment info. Stripe processes card payments. We see billing metadata (amount, status, last four digits) but not your full card number.

Photos you upload. Source Images you add to generate headshots or other AI photos.

Facial data from those photos. We extract facial features so the model can produce images that look like you. That processing happens only to deliver your generations.

Generated images. Outputs created from your uploads and settings.

Technical logs. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar diagnostics. We use PostHog and Plausible (EU-hosted, privacy-oriented analytics) to understand product usage without building cross-site profiles.

3. How we use it

• Run the Service: store uploads, train your private model, and deliver generations
• Take payment and catch fraud through Stripe
• Send transactional email: receipts, login codes, finished generations, and occasional checkout reminders if you abandoned a purchase
• Keep the platform safe: scan for illegal content and enforce our Terms

Your uploads and generations are not used to train a shared public model. The model tied to your account is yours.

4. How long we keep data

We keep your uploads, models, and generations until you delete them. Nothing is auto-purged on a timer.

Delete a photo, model, or your whole account from the dashboard and we remove it from production storage right away. Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 days before they rotate out.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with vendors needed to run the product:

• AI inference: RunPod, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Gemini
• Hosting: Hetzner (EU servers), Google Cloud (auth)
• Payments: Stripe
• Analytics: PostHog, Plausible

We do not sell or rent your data to brokers or advertisers.

6. Safety and moderation

Illegal content is not allowed. Automated checks flag suspected CSAM; confirmed cases are reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities. NSFW uploads or generations lead to an immediate ban.

7. Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we disable non-essential tracking for that session.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data.

EU users: primary hosting is in the EU. You can delete your account from settings at any time.

California users: we do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

For requests you cannot handle in the dashboard, email support@headshot-generator.ai.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child submitted data to us, contact support@headshot-generator.ai and we will delete it.
