How Headshot Generator AI works, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us.

1. The basics

Headshot Generator AI ("the Service") is run by Goedleven LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using headshot-generator.ai or any related tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You need to be 18 or older. By creating an account or uploading photos, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

3. Your uploads and what you cannot do

You keep ownership of the photos you upload ("Source Images"). To run the Service, you give us permission to store and process those photos — nothing more. We do not claim ownership of your uploads.

Do not upload or try to generate:

  • Photos of someone else without their clear permission
  • Photos of children, unless you are their parent or legal guardian and have the right to use the image
  • Nudity, pornography, or other sexually explicit content
  • Illegal material, including CSAM, or content that promotes violence or hate

Break these rules and we will close your account without a refund. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement where required.

4. Who owns the generated images

If you follow these Terms, the images we generate for you ("Generated Images") are yours. Use them personally or commercially — we do not ask for royalties.

5. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you think something on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@headshot-generator.ai with:

  1. A description of the work you believe was infringed
  2. The URL where the material appears
  3. Your contact details
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the use is not authorized

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, but no online service is perfectly safe.

7. Payments and refunds

Checkout runs through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Not happy with your results? See our Returns Policy. Refunds are available within 14 days in most cases. We may refuse a refund if we suspect abuse or a Terms violation.

8. Credits and uptime

Credits are a prepaid way to use the Service. They are not cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no value outside the platform.

If your account sits unused for 12 months, we may expire remaining credits where local law allows.

The Service depends on third-party AI and hosting providers (OpenAI, RunPod, and others). Outages happen. We work to keep things running, but we are not responsible for delays caused by a provider going down.

9. AI is imperfect

Generated images can look wrong, miss a likeness, or include artifacts. That is the nature of current AI tools. The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Liability cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOEDLEVEN LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Disputes and arbitration

Disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, not in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and to join a class action.

12. Governing law

Delaware law applies, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
